Rachael Cain, also known as “Screamin’ Rachael”, is a highly acclaimed and award-winning vocalist, recording artist, songwriter, producer, DJ and label entrepreneur. She is a renaissance woman who epitomises the role of a multifaceted magazine and her peers and the industry at large. Cain had rightfully earned this title through her pioneering solo dance hits and exceptional performances as well as her pivotal role in laying the foundation of House Music itself.

I hope to set a precedent for gender equality in the music industry and inspire other women to follow suit, as I did with the example set by my mentor the late Sylvia Robinson. She was a legendary recording artist, and founder/CEO of the iconic hip-hop label Sugar Hill Records. Few people remember her or know that it was she who was the originator of that genre. It’s important for woman to recognize, that though the may be discouraged, the future for them is not only possible, but I believe probable”

Her magnetic stage deliveries and DJ sets have been witnessed at prestigious venues worldwide, including The Majestic in Cannes, E-Space Kiron and Wanderlust in Paris, The Limelight in New York, Space Place, and prominent festivals like Riot Fest, Fauna, Primavera in Chile, The Laguna Music Festival and a residency at the ACE hotel in Los Angeles.
